However, bear in mind that the curved version sits further from the wall and therefore takes up more space. It is also considerably more complex to manufacture, which affects the price.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003eOur Sahara radiators are available in two operating modes:\u003cbr \/\u003e\nOn the one hand, there is \u003cstrong\u003eelectric operation\u003c\/strong\u003e. In this case, a heating element is fitted into one of the connections and must be connected to a power socket. Depending on the model, our Sahara radiators may already come with a heating element. This means you can also connect them as usual to the \u003cstrong\u003ehot water connection\u003c\/strong\u003e of your heating system. This dual-fuel operation is a feature of modern towel radiators.\u003cbr \/\u003e\n\u003cbr \/\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eThe advantage of electric operation\u003c\/strong\u003e:\u003cbr \/\u003e\nIf your heating system is switched off in summer, you can still have warm, dry towels using electric operation. Fit the heating element in just a few steps, plug it into the socket, and you’re done. The downside of electric operation is the electricity cost incurred by the heating element.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eCentre or side connection?\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cbr \/\u003e\nThe connection you need depends on where your heating pipes run. If they have not yet been installed, we recommend a centre connection. It is usually more discreet and visually appealing.
