The ECD Germany pool solar foil you have to put with the nop side on the water, so that this floats inside the pool edge on the water surface. The pool water is thus warmed up to 5°C, depending on the sunlight. The foil has PE air cushions and can store the heat much longer. You can thus extend the swimming season.
Through the solar foil, the heat stored in the pool is accumulated and only released in small doses. This drastically reduces heat loss overnight.
