It all depends on the shape: Straight or curved?
Our Sahara models are available in straight and curved versions. The advantages of the curved shape are that the towels are easier to throw over the towel radiator, the curved shape means that the heating surface is larger and the heating output is greater. However, it should be noted that the distance to the wall is somewhat greater with the curved shape and therefore takes up more space. In addition, the production is much more complex, which affects the price.

Our Sahara radiators can be divided into two operating modes:
On the one hand, we have electric operation. In this case, a heating element is inserted into one of the connections, which in turn must be connected to a socket. Depending on the model, our Sahara heaters are already equipped with a heating rod. This means you can also connect them to the hot water connection of your heating system as normal. This mixed operation characterizes modern towel radiators.

The advantage of electric operation:
You can have warm heating with dry towels even in summer when the heating system is actually switched off. This is offset by the electricity costs incurred by the heating element.

Central or side connection?
The hot water has to go in somewhere and then out again on one side. Which connection you need depends on where your heating pipes run. If these have not yet been laid, we recommend a central connection. These are usually less conspicuous and more attractive. You also have a free choice here with our Sahara models. We offer side connection and center connection models.
