You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly.;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item, provided that you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately.;
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Eris Car Design GmbH, Industriestraße 21, 51545 Waldbröl, Phone: +492247/9168371, Email: shop@ecdgermany.de)by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
You can also exercise your right of withdrawal online via a correspondingly designated button ("Withdraw contract" or similar designation) on our website (www.ecdgermany.de) If you use this online function, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email) with information about the content of the withdrawal declaration as well as the date and time of its receipt.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the notification of your withdrawal from this contract has been received by us. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We can refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier date.
You must return the goods without delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of 14 days has been sent.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling them in a way that is not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exclusion or expiration reasons
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts
- for the delivery of goods that are not pre-manufactured and for whose production an individual choice or specification by the consumer is significant or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract, but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market that the entrepreneur cannot influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or illustrated publications, except for subscription contracts.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
- for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
