It’s all about the shape: Straight or curved?
Our Sahara models are available in both straight and curved versions. The advantages of the curved shape are that towels can be draped more easily over the towel radiator, the heating surface is larger due to the curved shape, and it provides greater heating performance. However, it should be noted that the distance to the wall is slightly greater with the curved shape, thus taking up more space. Additionally, the manufacturing process is significantly more complex, which affects the price.

Center or side connection?
The warm water has to go in somewhere and consequently come out on one side. Which connection you need depends on where your heating pipes run. If they have not yet been laid, we recommend a center connection. These are usually less conspicuous and more aesthetically pleasing. Here, you also have free choice with our Sahara models. We offer both side connection and center connection models.

Our Sahara towel radiators can be distinguished in two operating modes:
On one side, we have the electric operation. Here, a heating element is plugged into one of the connections, which must be connected to a power outlet. Depending on the model, our Sahara heaters are already equipped with a heating element. This means you can also connect them normally to the hot water connection of your heating system. This mixed operation characterizes modern towel radiators.

The advantage of electric operation:
You can have a warm heater with dry towels even in summer when the heating system is actually turned off. However, the electricity costs incurred by the heating element are a downside.
