For many people, bathroom radiators are an essential part of a functional bathroom. They not only provide pleasant warmth, but also keep towels warm and dry. The radiator therefore serves as a practical towel dryer and a source of heat.

It’s all about the shape: straight or curved?
Our Sahara models are available in straight and curved versions. The advantage of the curved shape is that towels are easier to drape over the towel radiator. The curved shape also provides a larger heating surface and therefore greater heat output. However, bear in mind that the curved version sits further away from the wall and therefore takes up more space. It is also considerably more complex to manufacture, which affects the price.

Our Sahara radiators are available with two operating modes:
On the one hand, there is electric operation. In this case, a heating element is inserted into one of the connections and must be connected to a power socket. Depending on the model, our Sahara radiators may already be fitted with a heating element. This means you can also connect them in the usual way to the hot water supply of your heating system. This dual-fuel operation is a feature of modern towel radiators.

The advantage of electric operation:
If your heating system is switched off in summer, electric operation still lets you enjoy warm, dry towels. Fit the heating element in just a few simple steps, plug it into the socket, and you’re done. The downside of electric operation is the electricity cost incurred by the heating element.

Connection in the middle or at the side?
The connection you need depends on the route of your heating pipes. If they have not yet been installed, we recommend a central connection. It is generally more discreet and elegant. Our Sahara models also offer you free choice. Sahara models are available with either a side connection or a central connection.
