Product Description:

A sprint sled is a very useful training equipment to improve your kicking, conditioning and sprinting strength. The sprint sled in the form of a sprint bag, comes directly with three weights with which you can get up to 15 kilos of weight in the sprint bag.
First, you tie the belt around your stomach and attach the sprint bag to the back of the belt. After that, all you have to do is start running to begin your special workout. With the sprint sled you can train indoors as well as on grass or artificial turf to increase your one-on-one dominance.
We do not recommend using the sprint sled on roads or rolling chippings or ash courts.
