Our jump rope set is perfect for your warm-up workout. The three different weights and rope circumferences are perfect to adjust the speed to your needs. Higher weights with thicker circumference are suitable for slower training and with a thinner lighter rope the training will be faster. The weights intensify your workout.
Rope jumping is popular among crossfit athletes and fitness enthusiasts as an exercise to warm up and improve your endurance. Our set includes three different rope weights, the yellow rope has 66g, the red rope has 120g and the black rope has 200g. To the different ropes provide the matching handles for your jump ropes.
