Product description:

If you want to make your bodyweight training more intense, this 5 kilogram weight vest will help. It is a suitable addition to your training to increase the intensity.
The weight vest is worn like a normal vest. Two click fasteners at chest and collarbone height ensure that it is comfortable to wear. You can adjust the width of these fasteners if you want to wear the vest a little tighter or looser. The weight is integrated into the neoprene vest and cannot be removed or extended.
Thanks to the optimum wearing comfort, you will hardly notice the vest. You are much more likely to notice it due to the more intensive load during your push-ups, lunges or squats.
