Product Description:

Want to make your push-ups or squats more intense? With this weight vest you can set an even more intense training stimulus. The weight vest has an additional total weight of 5 kilograms. It is attached with a Velcro fastener at chest level and is adjustable in size from 80 cm to 126 cm due to the elastic fabric.
In total, the vest has 20 weights of 225 grams. Through the practical mesh pockets on the inside you can reduce the weight at will by simply taking out the weights. Accordingly, you can also add your own weights, provided they fit into the pockets provided. The breathable neoprene fabric ensures a comfortable fit and sufficient ventilation.
