Product Description:

This fitness punching bag is great for an intense workout in the fresh air or in your own home. The bag is made of tear-resistant nylon and comes with 4 red bags. By filling these bags with sand you get the extra weight of 20 kilograms. For a workout with different variations, the bag has 6 rubberized handles. This allows you to perform many different exercises and thus determine your own workout. For example, you can do super lunges with this fitness sandbag, squats with extra weight or even a long march with extra 20 kilograms.
