Product description:

Strength endurance, coordination skills or pure endurance training: you can train all these things and more with the help of battle ropes. At first glance, they look like the old ropes hanging from the ceiling in the gym. However, these battle ropes, or fitness ropes, are used for intensive training on the floor.
The set-up is visibly simple: the rope is placed around a fixed object, the two ends with the nylon cover are taken in the hand and the cardio training can begin. The intensive swinging of the heavy ropes means you will soon be celebrating success.
This rope is the 9 meter version. We also offer a 12 meter version.
